The Board of Education has scheduled a Community Meet Up prior to its November 30th meeting, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Hendrick Hudson High School library. The Hendrick Hudson High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee has announced its induction class for 2022. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Title IX, which paved the way for female sports to be a part of interscholastic athletic programs across the nation. This year’s class celebrates this anniversary and honors individuals from the 1972-73 athletic seasons who truly helped pave the way for female sports at Hendrick Hudson High School.
On November 15, three of Hendrick Hudson High School’s outstanding senior student-athletes signed their National Letters of Intent (NLI) to play at the NCAA Division I or II level: Caroline Clark (Lacrosse - University of Mt. Olive), Amya Davis (Volleyball - Shepherd University) and Madison Porter (Lacrosse - Eastern Michigan University),
On November 1 and 2, all FWS fifth-grade classes visited West Point, the nation’s oldest continuously occupied army post and home to the United States Military Academy. Students were treated to tours around the storied campus, during which knowledgeable tour guides shared the history of West Point and described its unique traditions.
Congratulations to the Hen Hud Varsity volleyball team, heading to the State Final Four volleyball championship in Glens Falls, NY this weekend. The team will leave the high school on Friday morning, following a team breakfast provided by Clare Carey and the food service staff.
On November 7, editors of Hen Hud's literary magazine, "The North Star," attended the 82nd annual Columbia Scholastic Press Association fall conference at Columbia University.

Thirteen HHHS students participated in the NYSSMA Area All-State festival at White Plains High School on November 5. The students worked alongside the most accomplished student-musicians from across Westchester and performed under guest conductors John Cuk (chorus), Davis Knobloch (orchestra) and Paul Tooker (band). A special highlight was HHHS senior Tony Mills performing as a soloist in the chorus concert.
