- Voicing intent on harming themself or others
- Displaying psychotic symptoms(hearing/seeing/responding to voices/images/sensations others don't see, disorganized thoughts)
- Being unable to care for themselves putting them at risk for serious harm.
- Putting themselves in risky situations that may cause harm.
Please note this is not an all inclusive list and if there is any doubt or intent to harm self/others is imminent, please call 911 or your local police department for assistance!
