Ms. Larsson

Welcome to our third grade class!  My name is Debbie Larsson and I am the general education teacher in our third grade classroom.  This is my 5th  year at B-V Elementary School.  Prior to working at B-V, I taught for three years in the Bronx, teaching reading, 1st, and 2nd grade.  I have also done leave replacements in the Valhalla School District.  I am very excited to be here at B-V in the district that I graduated from myself!  It is an honor to continue being a part of this community, as it is where I have called home from when I was a child.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6), as well as a Masters in Literacy (Birth-6).  Reading has always been a passion of mine, and I love sharing that with the students I teach.  Currently, I am continuing my education, and working towards a certificate in Special Education.  I consider myself a lifelong learner, and hope to instill the same in your child.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me at any time during the school year.  Communication is key to your child’s success.  I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!

Sincerely,

Debbie Larsson
