The purpose of this dashboard is to establish a line of sight into implementation of the plan.
Any member of the Hendrick Hudson community can navigate into the Sheet to understand which projects are currently being implemented, and (coming soon), the current status of projects, how we are monitoring success of the projects, and a point of contact for each project. This document includes:
- A How To Use tab
- A Glossary tab
- A tab with Overall list of projects and initiatives for the next 5 years
- 3 tabs which follow, each filtered by the phase of work projects are in
- Implementation: These are actions and projects which are currently being implemented, or are on track to see scaled implementation in SY 22-23. We will regularly check in on these projects using monitoring metrics which we will share with the public by the end of the calendar year
- Discovery: These are actions and projects which will be piloted on a small scale.
- Research: These are actions and projects which we are not ready to implement just yet, and require more research, data gathering, planning, and assessment.
