1926 - 2026
Celebrating 100 years of the Hendrick Hudson High School
1926 was a significant year for the Hendrick Hudson Central School District! The high school's name officially became the Hendrick Hudson High School – coupled with the groundbreaking of its namesake building!
That same year, Consolidated School District No. 6 became Central School District No. 3, with our current district boundaries (subsequently renamed the Hendrick Hudson Central School District in 1973).
The following is a timeline of the events leading up to and throughout this momentous year, from the first steps taken in 1925 all the way to the culmination of events in 1928, when the new high school was completed.
