Track and Field

In October 2019, the district’s new Turf Field and track were approved for hosting student contests. Numerous teams had the thrilling opportunity to play on the brand-new field during the fall: football, boys and girls soccer, field hockey and cheerleading.

On fair weather days, a number of athletic teams, such as boys and girls lacrosse, baseball and softball, utilized the facilities for outdoor workouts over the winter.

On the first day of the 2020 spring season (March 9), boys and girls lacrosse and track and field had the chance to use the new facilities.

During the school closure, the turf field and track facility have been closed to the public, due to security and health concerns. The community will be notified as soon as the complex is reopened for students and the public.

In a special tribute to the Class of 2020, the turf field will be illuminated on Friday nights through the end of the school year.
