Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP)
This is a detailed document that parents/guardians must submit for each child who will be homeschooled. The IHIP will indicate what curriculum, by subject, the child(ren) will be taught.
Quarterly Reports
Parents/guardians are required to submit quarterly reports based on the dates they provide in their Individualized Home Instruction Plan (IHIP). The grade-specific quarterly reports must include the total number of hours of instruction provided, a description of the material covered in each subject, and an evaluation in each subject or a written narrative evaluating the child's progress.
