Help Desk

Our district’s technology help desk will be staffed even if our buildings are closed, if you are having technical issues with your device, applications, or more, please notify our technology support by filling entering a help desk ticket. 

Staff can reach our help desk here by logging into their Hen Hud Google account: Teacher/Staff Help Desk

Students & Families can reach our help desk here: Family Help Desk.  Click on "New Ticket" and complete the prompts provided.  You may write "NA" for Room Number/Location.  

*The Help Desk CANNOT provide support for personal devices. 

How to Reset your Password using ClassLink?

  1. Access ClassLink login page and click the Help, I forgot my password option to reset your password.
  2. Enter your username, and 'hendrick' for the school code, then click the checkmark button.
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts. For example, you may need to answer pre-selected security questions, enter a code received via SMS text, or reset your password by email.  Note:  This will depend on how you setup your Password Recovery Options for Password Reset.  See below for instructions.
  4. Enter your new passwordconfirm the password, then click the checkmark button.

Voilá—you’re all set! 🎉
