Our district’s technology help desk will be staffed even if our buildings are closed, if you are having technical issues with your device, applications, or more, please notify our technology support by filling entering a help desk ticket.
- STAFF: Login to helpdesk with your Google account
- STUDENTS GRADES 5 - 12: Login to helpdesk with your Google account
- FAMILY/PARENT/GUARDIAN: Use the Family Help Desk to submit a request.

How to Reset your Password using ClassLink?
- Access ClassLink login page and click the Help, I forgot my password option to reset your password.
- Enter your username, and 'hendrick' for the school code, then click the checkmark button.
- Follow the on-screen prompts. For example, you may need to answer pre-selected security questions, enter a code received via SMS text, or reset your password by email. Note: This will depend on how you setup your Password Recovery Options for Password Reset. See below for instructions.
- Enter your new password, confirm the password, then click the checkmark button.
