Infinite Campus Parent Portal

1. Obtain Your Activation Key

• Families must receive an Activation Key from the school or district.
• This is emailed after the registration is complete.
• If you do not have an activation key, please submit a helpdesk ticket.

2. Go to the Parent Portal Website

• Visit Infinite Campus Parent Portal

3. Create Your Account

• Click “New User?”
• Enter your Activation Key
• Click Submit

4. Set Up Your Login Credentials

You’ll be prompted to create:

• Username
• Password
• Security email (for account recovery)

👉 Be sure to store this information somewhere safe.

5. Log In

• Return to the portal login page
• Enter your new username and password
• Click Log In

STAFF & STUDENTS:

1. Our district utilizes Google SSO for Infinite Campus Login for Staff and Students.  
2. Please click the 'Google Sign In' button to login to your account.  
3. If you are a staff member, make sure you are using the staff login page. 
4. If you are a student, make sure you are using the student login page.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

1. On the parent portal page login page, please utilize the 'Forgot Password' and 'Forgot Username' links, if needed.
2. If you are still having issues, please submit a helpdesk ticket.

To access current year report cards and progress reports:

1. Log into your parent portal page
2. Chose your child's name
3. Select 'Documents' and 'School Year' from the drop-down.  See screenshot below for 2025-2026 school year.

To access previous year report cards and assessments:

1. Log into your parent portal page
2. Chose your child's name
3. Select 'More' == > Select 'Backpack'.  See screenshot below for 2025-2026 school year.
4. Assessments could include: iReady Reports, NYS Parent Reports, etc.

To report current year report cards and progress reports:

1. Log into your parent portal page
2. Chose your child's name
3. Select 'More' from the left navigation == > Select 'Absence Requests'.  See screenshot below.
4. You are able to:
   • Create an Absence Request
   • View All Requests
   • Delete any Unprocessed Requests by the Attendance Office  
     • NOTE:  To avoid confusion, we recommend that you enter your absence requests 24hrs in advance. 
     • If you wish to delete a request that is already processed by the attendance office, please contact your child's school attendance office.

     • You are able to upload any documents to verify your attendance, like dr's note, college visit confirmation, etc.
