    Parent Teacher Conferences will be held during the day on Tuesday, November 7th (7:45 AM - 2:45 PM)  and in the evening on November 16th (5:00 PM - 7:45  PM). All conferences will be in person EXCEPT FOR THE BLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON OF NOVEMBER 7TH FROM 12:45 TO 2:45. THESE WILL BE VIRTUAL ONLY. A GOOGLE MEET LINK WILL BE SENT TO YOU IF YOU REGISTER FOR A CONFERENCE DURING THIS TIME BLOCK.

    Parents will be able to schedule 15-minute team conferences with the 4 main academic classes. Look for your child's team name when attempting to schedule a conference. Other subject areas will have 10 minute slots available by teacher. If your child takes a Language Other Than English, receives Integrated Co-Teach (ICT) services, or receives English as a New Language services, you will not see those teachers listed. Those teachers will make every effort to attend your child’s conference.

    Parents of classified students who receive predominately special class/small class instruction will have the opportunity to meet with Mr. Hirsch, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Kahn, Mrs. Flynn (6th grade) and Mrs. Manse (7th & 8th grade) as a team. Please look for "Hirsch/Smith/Kahn Team" when attempting to schedule your conference.

    Please understand that there are not enough time slots to accommodate the entire parental population, but you always have the option to email or leave voicemail messages for teachers at any time. Additionally, 20 minute scheduled team meetings will be available during the school year by calling the Guidance Office at 914-257-5765. If you have already attended a team meeting this year or have one scheduled, please give other parents an opportunity to meet with teachers by not scheduling an additional meeting.

    If, at any time throughout the year, you would like to reach your child’s teacher you can send an email by using the teacher's first and last name separated by a period, followed by @henhudschools.org. For your convenience, direct links to teacher emails can be found on Blue Mountain Middle School's web page under Staff Directory - scroll down for a complete staff listing with their email addresses.

    To schedule your preferred time for a parent-teacher conference,

    • Please enter the following web address into your browser window: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Blue_Mountain_Middle_School beginning on Wednesday, October 25, at 5pm. The last day to sign up is November 1 at 2pm.

    • Click on the name of your child's team and or teacher. Enter the requested information and a link will be emailed to you to set up your conference. 

    • Select the desired date/time for your conference. 

    • If you would like to sign up for multiple conferences (Academic Team, Music, Art, etc), please click on “Register for Additional Classes” at the bottom of the page.

    • If you have more than one child  attending BMMS, please click on “Add a different student Blue Mountain Middle School’ on the Time Picker page

    • After you schedule a conference online, the date and time are reserved for you. If you entered your email address correctly, you will receive email confirmation of your conference.
