Ms. deGrasse is a Special Education Teacher at Blue Mountain Middle School teaching Leveled Literacy Instruction and Science.  She graduated from Columbia University as an English major with a concentration in Writing. She has her Masters degree in the Teaching of English from Teachers College at Columbia University.  Ms. deGrasse also earned additional NYS certifications in Students with Disabilities and her 5/6 extension. 

Ms. deGrasse believes all students have the ability to be successful.  She favors active, hands-on assignments that are relevant to the world around us.
