The Hendrick Hudson School
District is proud to announce the release of a new series of audio interviews
between Superintendent Joseph Hochreiter and graduating seniors (juniors and
other underclassmen will be updated regularly) who are achievers in areas outside
of the traditional realm of academics.
Included in the mix so far are kids who excel in music, athletics, filmmaking, environmental science, local politics, and aviation, with more to come. “We are proud to be a district that sends students off to some of the finest colleges and universities, providing them with real-world solutions for building a successful future,” Hochreiter said. “The students represented in these interviews are talented, self-motivated individuals who excel in areas that don’t always garner the biggest headlines, but are equally important, and impressive! I am excited to continue this communication effort, next year, with students across all five schools to celebrate and share their successes.”
Each conversation is brief, filled with information, and indicative of the wide spectrum of excellence that Hendrick Hudson students represent. Watch for an upgraded web page later this summer, complete with photos of each interviewee.
