Membership & How To Join

To join the PTA, simply register and pay membership fees every year. There are various membership categories, such as Standard (Individual), Additional Family Member, Teacher/Staff, and Student. Part of the funds collected covers NYS PTA fees, while the remainder is treated as a tax-deductible donation to the HHE PTA.

To become a member, we recommend registering and paying online through Givebacks. Registering online ensures accuracy by allowing you to input your information directly. Alternatively, if you prefer paper, the PTA offers registration forms in both English and Spanish. When submitting a paper form, payment can be made by cash or check (Please make checks payable to the HHE PTA).

Membership Fees for School Year 2024 – 2025

  • Standard (Individual) - $15
  • Additional Family Member (Individual) - $10
  • Teacher/Staff - $10
  • Student - $5
