Three Hendrick Hudson students participated in the NYSSMA All-State Music Festival from Dec. 4-7, 2025 in Rochester.

The turnout for Math Night on Monday, Nov. 10 at Frank G. Lindsey Elementary School was outstanding, with 185 students from all three elementary schools joining in the fun! The event showcased that math can be exciting, engaging, and full of discovery.

On Monday, Nov. 10, Buchanan-Verplanck Elementary School turned its November PBIS assembly into an opportunity to recognize and honor local veterans and teach students about Veterans Day.

For the ninth straight year, the Hendrick Hudson School District has been honored with a Best Communities for Music Education designation from The NAMM Foundation.

During the Board of Education meeting in the Hendrick Hudson High School cafeteria on May 7, 2025, the district honored the 14 staff members who received tenure in 2025.

While Hendrick Hudson High School was recognized for an eighth consecutive year by Project Lead the Way — the only high school in New York State to receive that distinction in that time period — this year Blue Mountain Middle School was also honored. Blue Mountain was named a PLTW Distinguished Gateway School.
