Kindergarteners Perform for Families at Year-End Student Showcase

On Thursday, June 13, and Friday, June 14, the kindergarteners participated in their annual Kindergarten Showcase for their families in the Frank G. Lindsey Elementary School cafeteria. The students performed songs that they have learned in their Music class with Mrs. Rebecca Correllus — some in Spanish and some that incorporated sign language. For many of them, this was the first time they were performing for others!

They were excited to see our Superintendent of Schools, Michael A. Tromblee, who met the students before their performance, cheering them on and giving them words of encouragement as they lined up to enter the cafeteria.
