Business Students Take Annual Visit to MetLife Stadium
In what has become an annual tradition for business classes, Hendrick Hudson High School students visited MetLife Stadium for Jets Sports Business Day earlier this month. The students were accompanied by teachers Linda Cabral Marrero and Meg Jandrasits to the home of the New York Jets, who hosted the event.
Students were able to visit various parts of the stadium and were allowed to walk on the field. At each stop, they heard from various Jets employees, who spoke about their career paths and how they ended up being employed by the organization.
During the day, the students were able to ask the presenters questions as well.
“It was fun,” said Hendrick Hudson freshman William Wronge, who attended his first Jets Business Day. “I learned a lot about different career paths.”
