Hendrick Hudson Students Celebrate National French Week
National French Week is a week-long celebration of all things French that takes place every year in schools and communities across the country. The French Honor Society at Hendrick Hudson High School celebrated 2024 National French Week (Nov. 6-12) in style and showed their pride in learning about the French language and culture.
During morning announcements that week, students read information regarding many French-speaking countries and played the countries' respective National Anthems. The students also enjoyed French cheeses, desserts and music on Wednesday, Nov. 6 during the "Café Français," and had the whole student body involved in a "chasse au trésor" (treasure hunt) of Remy from the movie "Ratatouille" on the first and last day of National French Week.
