Hendrick Hudson Welcomes Beau Morki to Athletic Department

Let's give a special Sailor welcome to Beau Morki, who began his first day in the district today -- Oct. 1, 2025!

Mr. Morki will serve as our Transitional Administrator of K-12 Physical Education, Health and Athletics, working alongside Tom Baker for the next three months. Mr. Baker is scheduled to retire at the end of the year after 32 years of service to Hendrick Hudson.

Mr. Morki will officially take over Jan. 1, 2026 as our Director of Physical Education, Health and Athletics.

"Mr. Morki brings a seasoned background, including over 20 years of experience spanning education and athletics, and previous executive-level director roles," said Michael A. Tromblee, Hendrick Hudson's Superintendent of Schools. "His focus on skill development, team cohesion, and program innovation — as well as his collaborative approach — will be invaluable as he prepares to lead this department.
