The Hendrick Hudson Athletic Department, in conjunction with the Hen Hud Hall of Fame Committee, is proud to announce the Hendrick Hudson Athletic Hall of Fame Class of 2023.

Athletic Director Tom Baker recently informed the inductees that they will be inducted into the Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony will take place on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 at 5 p.m.

The inductees will then be presented and honored in front of the community at halftime of the Homecoming football game that night. Kickoff for the game, against Rye Neck High School, is slated for 6 p.m.

The 2023 inductees are:

• Coach Dutch Pritts, 1983-2018
• Joe Variano, Class of 2005
• Jillian Gallagher, Class of 2007
• Matt DeSilva, Class of 2009
• T.J. Olesczuk, Class of 2010

Baker expressed his excitement in regards to this class of inductees.

“Hall of Fame weekend is a special time for Hendrick Hudson Athletics,” Baker said. “These five individuals represented our community so well. I am very excited about their induction, which is well-deserved for everyone. Having this induction ceremony during Homecoming week again is very exciting for the community. I am truly looking forward to it.”
